A forest of 7000 hectares, with originates them historical testimonies, represents the spirit of the Park of Montioni; a spirit made of silenzi or natural noises, where the historical presences seem to hide in the intricato and powerful green of the Mediterranean spot. Medieval towers, fusori castles of the first millenium, furnaces, secular paths and ancient mines hide between albatri and lecci; and they are only granted to the careful and curious visitor.

From the city center of Follonica the communal road of the Cemetary is followed, continuing straight crosses the tracing of the old Aurelia, on a semiasphalted road, covers it for approximately 1 Km, after eser passes under a bridge finds in front of the construction of Pratini di Valle.
